Director of Product Management and Business Development

Barb Rosenthal joined the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in 2006 as director of Product Management and Business Development.  In that position, she is responsible for the implementation of ABMS Maintenance of Certification® (MOC) through the development of MOC products and services, such as the ABMS Patient Safety Improvement Program.

Rosenthal is a seasoned marketing strategist with more than 20 years of diverse business experience in the medical, nonprofit and technology industries.  She received her MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Ill. and is certified through the Project Management Institute.
