ABMS Research and Education Foundation

The mission of ABMS Research and Education Foundation (ABMS REF) is to support ABMS by facilitating charitable, educational, research, and scientific activities or programs related to physician certification, and, if applicable, publishing findings or resources arising out of such activities or programs to demonstrate the role of physician certification in improving health care and serving the public interest.

The ABMS REF Board is composed of 10 directors and officers. The ABMS REF Board of Directors will be announced in 2026.
